MEPPEL – Holterman Shipyards has unveiled a series of luxury motor yachts to 32m. Branded as X-treme Yachts, the first will be the 32m, X-treme-105 and is due for delivery in July, 2021. Next up: 78ft. and 90ft. (24m and 27m) versions.
The series comes off the boards of the Bernd Weel design studio of the Netherlands. Interestingly, it features a swimming pool fully integrated into the aft deck. It has an adjustable depth that allows a 10m (33ft.) RIB to sail onto the yacht for storage.
Midship is a garage with folding doors on both sides. It offers space for water toys and a RIB with a beam of up to 3.45m. (11.3ft.) Essential technical systems are doubled, such as bow and stern thrusters, stabilizers and water makers.
The outer deck merges almost seamlessly into the saloon with its spacious galley. On the same level up front, the owner’s cabin has ensuite sanitary facilities. On the lower deck are 4 double guest cabins, each with a toilet and 2 double cabins for the crew, one with bunk beds.
The wheelhouse has an open connection to the saloon and is located at split level above the owner’s cabin. The naval design is by Diana Yacht Design. The interior is the work of Trimm Design.
X-treme Yachts have steel hulls and aluminum superstructures. The 105 comes with 2 Volvo D16MH engines (each 750 HP)that render a 10-knot cruising speed and a top speed of 15 knots. The boat has a draft of 1.85 m. and a volume of 198.5GT
